Return policy

RETURNSWe have a 2-week return policy for cosmetic products, which means you have 14 days after the delivery date to request a return provided the product has not been opened or used, remains in its original sealed packaging, and includes all tags and labels. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return-shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if you are located outside the United States, shipping may take longer than expected.


Damages and IssuesPlease inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Opened or used cosmetics beyond the 14-day unopened window

"Use & See" GuaranteeWe also offer a 90-day "Use & See" Guarantee on our cosmetic products. If you have used the product daily (or as directed) for at least 90 days and can provide date-stamped proof of each use (e.g., photos or selfies showing the product being applied), and you have seen no positive effect, you may request a full refund. To qualify:

  1. Contact us at contact@silkenor.com before day 95.

  2. Provide proof of daily use (a photo or selfie for each application date).

  3. Return any remaining product in its original packaging to the address above.

Once approved, we will issue a refund as set out below.


ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (within the 14-day unopened window or under the 90-day guarantee) and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.


European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off PeriodIf merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. The product must be unworn or unused, in its original sealed packaging with tags, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


RefundsWe will notify you once we've received and inspected your return (or your 90-day guarantee submission) to let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
