Thank you for shopping with Silkenor. This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on silkenor.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time:All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) from the time your order is confirmed.

  • High-Volume Periods:During peak seasons-including major sales, product launches, and holiday events-processing may take up to 5 business days.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your Silkenor cosmetics safely and quickly across the United States.

*"Delayed Period" applies during exceptionally high order volumes (e.g., Black Friday week, major site-wide promotions).


3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $50.00 or more (subtotal before taxes and discounts).

  • Flat Rate Shipping of $4.90 applies to U.S. orders under $50.00.

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to the carrier's website for real-time tracking

  • The carrier name and expected delivery date

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.


5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at contact@silkenor.com-we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.


6. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once the carrier confirms shipment, Silkenor's responsibility for the order ends, except as otherwise stated in this policy.


7. Returns & Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

  • Return Shipping Costs:If you return your purchase for reasons other than our error (e.g., buyer's remorse, wrong size or shade chosen), the original shipping charge will not be refunded, and you are responsible for return postage.

  • Refunds on Returned Goods:See our Returns Policy for eligibility and refund timelines.
